I don't know why this has such terrible reviews. The guy in there was extremely helpful when presented with my weird request of wanting to post a trombone. There is also absolutely no queue ever, due to its strange location

perhaps the least useful, least engaged, rudest staff member i have ever encountered in my life. I had to lean over the counter and get her attention to even be served and she made the entire interaction utterly unbearable. She was equally rude to the man behind me in line mailing a parcel, so it wasn't just me being unreasonable. Atrocious!

The indian lady who works on this branch is so rude.she is not pay attention for the job and be on the phone all the time and during we are there and try to ask for international parcel.when I ask questions she was pointing to my face and tell me don’t challenge her.it’s not hard to be nice and kind with people.I found so many reviewers review about her behaviour with customers honestly company need to do something.inappropriate customer service I ever have in my life. I also must insist you challenge her, you will get another fabulous response! Should give 0 star but no option.

The lady working at this post office has to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. Absolutely no customer service skills or basic kindness at all. Not too sure how she was hired frankly.
