Bad experience. We felt misled by the staff. We confirmed twice that the products we were buying were on sale, including at the checkout counter. However, we were still charged the full original price. Very disappointing and misleading.

Riyana helped me buy a few perfumes as presents. She was very helpful and patient, she guided us through our choices although we took a lot of her time. I can recommend asking for Riyana if you are unsure what to buy.

Chemist Warehouse North Parramatta has a good range of products and competitive prices. However, the store can get quite busy, and the waiting time for prescriptions can be longer than expected. The staff were generally helpful, but the overall experience could be improved with faster service and better organization.

Not a fan of the shopping experience. Popped in to pick up some formula for my child, thought I would browse some skincare as well and stock up - only to feel like a criminal with the peering eyes of a young Chinese boy hooked up to a mic and headset. Went to line up to pay, only to be ‘looked at’ again. Paid for the formula because I needed it, decided not to spend money on the skincare products because of the weird feeling. Felt judged because I was plain, wearing trackies and carrying a tote/shopping bag. Paid and left. Won’t be back. Echo the previous reviewer who was just with her mum in the store looking at perfume and lipstick. If they treat people like thieves whilst they are just browsing, people won’t buy any extra items and won’t be back.

Went into this small store with my mother. Always empty, maybe 3 people in there on a good day. Been here maybe 4-5 times because of convenience. Really not much here. My mother and I were looking at perfume and trying testers. Two old ladies were working in the store. One Asian lady that works there could not stop looking at my mother and me. Literally, these perfumes were all under $30 right in front of her face. But as we were waiting for over-the-counter medication, we thought we would just browse around while waiting. Then my mother and I moved to the makeup section to have a look (hardly anything there). There, around the corner, was the Asian old lady lurking and stalking us, worried we were going to steal $3 lipstick that was literally in front of the counter. Imagine thinking my mother in her 40s and I would risk it all for dodgy cheap perfumes and cheap dodgy makeup? We felt uncomfortable being followed around by a weirdo who obviously judged us by appearance. Maybe she thought people in sportswear (Nike and ASICS) are broke or thieves. Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous at the same time. Beware of these two old clowns. Never would we step a foot into this store ever agai
