Me and everyone at work chooses this Pharmacy at Parramatta because the staff are super-nice and prices really good. The pharmacist does his job kindly, fast, smiles a lot and is professional. You can also walk around the shop without being trampled on They don’t hassle you for your email address or phone number so they can annoy you with ads. No one wants to upsell you stuff. No loyalty card pressure or nonsense. In and out and not queuing up for 30 minutes.

Excellent customer service! The pharmacists here are exceptional healthcare professionals who truly specialize in medicines and the broader medical field. I’m more than happy to travel three suburbs away to see Jalal, the level of care and expertise he provides makes the trip well worth it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pharmacist they can actually trust.

Reasonable prices with amazing service. P4Less at Nth Parra provides everything that Chemist Warehouse is lacking: Personalised, accommodating and friendly service. The pharmacists are always willing to go the extra mile with their customers and show a firm depth of understanding beyond the basics. Unfortunately this level of care snd service is rare these days in chemist retailers. I’ve been buying from P4Less at Nth Parra for many years, despite not living in the area. Says a lot. I spent years enduring 20+ minute waits for scripts at the large chain pharmacy nearby, without even noticing this family run pharmacy was there all along. When I finally did notice this place and try it out, I was taken back when the pharmacist apologised for the 'wait' after what must have been 2 minutes at the most. I have been going here ever since, the pharmacist is a really nice guy who has always been very helpful and has given helpful advice well beyond what is required. I cannot rate this pharmacist highly enough (I believe his wife works here too), thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. Very much recommended!

I ordered smthg from ebay and i picked this shop as my pickup point because my place was not safe to leave the parcel. My parcel was left there and i went there after 3 days they couldn’t find my parcel. They searched it for maybe 10 minutes but they couldn’t find it. They told me they received the parcel but they can’t find it than i left. I went back after 1 week to collect it again because that cost me money and i ordered it because i wanted it. And i told them i came here last time you guys couldn’t find it n all and guess what they told me they returned the parcel. They couldn’t find it when i went there to collect it but they found it to return. I didn’t got my money back. They don’t organise the parcels. They will receive the parcel and just throw it in the drawer. I think they should at least arrange it by name or letter something being a pickup point so that it will be easy to give.
