The receptionist at the medical centre was one of the rudest people I have ever come across. We encountered an unexpected situation on our way to the appointment and were unable to call to let the clinic know we would be delayed. Our appointment was at 11:30 a.m., and we arrived at 12:05 p.m. By the time we got there, the receptionist had already cancelled our appointment without making any attempt to contact us. I understand that clinics have policies regarding late arrivals, but the receptionist's attitude and lack of empathy made the situation even more disappointing. People in customer-facing roles should treat patients with professionalism and compassion. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.
