I am not sure why,I stand there for roughly 5/10min no one talk to me at all? And the medicine price is way higher than normall chemist house

Went in to ask the pharmacists advice about how to treat cold and flu symptoms, stood at the counter for roughly 4-5 minutes without an acknowledgment, no one else was inside. Left to go get lunch as I figured it was a peak period. Returned an hour later and waited again for just as long with no other customers inside the shop. Had to drive to another chemist.

Irregular hours. Don't inform customers about their irregular hours either. Closed for over a week during Xmas holiday and didn't even inform me. Google maps says open, their offices have a note saying closed when you go there. I was unable to refill my prescription I desperately needed that they had on file causing me a huge headache. Makes me feel like a worthless customer, thanks entrada pharmacy, really shows that your priorities are not your customers-- at least call the people you have on file to let them know about the WEEK long closure next time.
