The level of customer service from the staff was extremely disappointing. The irony is that the profession is called “customer service,” yet there was very little service provided at all. Staff appeared uninterested, unprofessional, and behaved as though assisting customers was a burden rather than their job. When help was requested, staff would say “I’m coming” and then never return. Basic communication, attentiveness, and professionalism were completely lacking during the experience. Priceline seriously needs to review the standard of service being provided, because customers should not feel ignored or dismissed while simply asking for assistance.

I recently visited Priceline Pharmacy in Parramatta and had such a great experience thanks to one of the staff members there name Carla . The customer service she provided was absolutely exceptional. She took the time to really understand my skin concerns and offered thoughtful, knowledgeable advice on skincare products that would suit me. What stood out most was how friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful she was. She didn’t rush me or try to push unnecessary products—instead, she made sure I felt confident in what I was choosing. It’s not often you come across service like that, and it made my visit so much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. She’s a real asset to the store, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of this experience

Terrible customer service, one of the lady was super rude. I waited 1hour for a simple refund, time waster and never do anything extra for customer or price match. Manager was also ridiculously unhelpful. In the end still can’t be done. Don’t buy from Priceline just price match with chemist warehouse

Located in level 2 Westfield Parramatta. Mid size pharmacy shop with a reasonable collection of medicines and personal care products. Also provide services for vaccination shots and flu shots. Wait time for the flu shot was higher due to lack of personnel.
