If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pharmacy Junction, Westfield Parramatta. I stood at the counter for several minutes while two staff members, a woman and a man who appeared to be a supervisor, ignored me despite me calling out "excuse me" more than once. When the woman eventually came to assist me, I explained that I needed to fill a prescription for my son. She then consulted with the other staff member and they spent some time looking around. As a healthcare professional, and knowing my son had been prescribed this medication before, I noticed the medication on the shelf directly in front of them and pointed it out to be helpful. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that they did not have the medication in stock. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I was left feeling as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Customer service and communication were both very poor. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order online and only found out two days later that the item was out of stock. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was offered a different product or told to wait another two weeks, which is completely unreasonable. I clearly requested a refund, and from that point on there was no communication. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls with no response. When I called at 5pm and even 3pm, I was told customer service had already left. Called at 1pm on a Tuesday, I was told customer service was not working at all! I left multiple messages and never received a single reply. The lack of accountability and basic customer service is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend ordering from them.

I recently had a great experience at Pharmacy Junction. I was served by a boy with glasses who was working in the aisles. He was polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable on the products I enquired about. He directed me to these products and gave me reasonable advice. I felt that he was genuinely interested in helping me, which I appreciated. I also noticed that the store was quite clean and organised. I left feeling pleased with my experience and purchase.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this chemist with my sister. We had gone in to purchase several skincare items and were browsing through products like any normal customers. When we reached the dry shampoo section, we briefly sprayed one to smell it. I understand that this may not be allowed, and if we had been politely told, we would have immediately apologised and moved on. Instead, one of the staff members approached us with a disgusted look, looked both of us up and down, and sharply said, “You cannot do that.” We apologised and explained that we didn’t realise. She then responded in a very demeaning tone saying, “We do not spray,” speaking to us as if we were children being scolded rather than customers. Her tone and body language were incredibly condescending and unnecessary. What made the situation worse was that she again looked us up and down before walking away. Her younger colleague stood there watching the whole interaction. After that, we felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. We decided to put every item we had picked up back where it belonged and leave. While we were doing this, the younger worker closely followed us around the store, repeat

I’ve been to pharmacy junction a few times previously and I still get shocked from the professionalism and knowledge of staff here. Not only that the place is actually clean and tidy in comparison to other places ive been to. Always a pleasure to come and have some retail therapy here especially with their wide range of perfumes and gift ideas.
