This is in regard to businesses asking customers for donations. Why canβt Chemist Warehouse donate instead, rather than putting pressure on their customers? Arenβt they earning millions, if not billions? I believe that if people genuinely want to donate, they are capable of deciding that for themselves and will give from their own goodwill. True generosity comes from choice, not from being prompted at a checkout counter. When customers are repeatedly asked to donate, it can feel less like a meaningful act of kindness and more like an obligation or even subtle pressure. It also raises questions about fairness and ethics. Large corporations have significantly more financial capacity to contribute to causes, yet the responsibility is often shifted onto everyday consumersβmany of whom are already dealing with their own financial limitations. Not everyone shopping in stores is financially comfortable; some are simply trying to meet their basic needs. From the customerβs side, we are already supporting these businesses by purchasing their products. That support contributes directly to their revenue and growthβisnβt that enough? Expecting additional contributions on top of that can feel e

I had a wonderful experience with Reema at Chemist Warehouse Church Street Parramatta. She assisted me on 9 April 2024 in selecting a perfume, and her knowledge and patience made the whole process enjoyable and easy. What truly stands out is her attitude. She is always welcoming, attentive, and never once shows impatience. Reema genuinely cares about making customers feel good and confident in their choices, which is rare and greatly appreciated.

βI had an incredible experience at Chemist Warehouse today, all thanks to Riyana. I came in specifically looking for a few fragrances, and her knowledge of the perfume inventory was seriously impressive. βThe website had led me to believe there was only one bottle left in stock in my entire area, but Riyana went above and beyond to help. She took the initiative to call around to partner stores to see if they could have the perfumes delivered to this location for me to collect. βWhat I appreciated most was her honesty; she reassured me that I didn't need to "panic buy" and gave me clear timelines on when they would be back in stock. Itβs rare to find that level of professionalism and genuine care in retail. Iβll definitely be returning to this store specifically for this level of customer service. Not all cusptmer service is conducted equal but honestly you can tell Riyana loves what she does and helping customer. Thanks again, Riyana! Defs will say hi again next time

great service, helpful staff. So many options to select from in the fragrance section, but most p[perfumes there are no testers available. This is not helpful, the store needs to have testers for perfume.
