Expect to wait 45 minutes for prescription medication. First you line up to submit your prescription. Then it’s a “20 to 30 minutes” wait. So you go away, return when they text you and then line up again on the collection side. Once you collect your meds in a lock-safe bag, you then line up at the front counter. Each line is long and understaffed. The staff are helpful and friendly but management need to hire more of them. It’s a grim, garishly lit venue, air pungent with cheap perfume, where I’d prefer not to spend time queuing.

I shop at chemist warehouse 1-2x a month, im sure lots of people go there due to location, getting forcing for donation all the time, 50c cant round it up, where the money goes ??? Is it bonus for the at the register, this is not good. Stop doing this to people, force staff to work like this, forcing money from people. Put donation box next to register, if youre truly kind heart.

Located in Westfield Parramatta level 1 food court area. The store is a bit cramped but reasonably stocked. Quick service and helpful staff. Did not visit the pharmacy so no pharmacy experience.

Extremely unprofessional customer service at chemist Warehouse, Westfield, parramatta at 11:06 to 11:15 AM on 07/11/2025: I had two items, but they billed me for three items. The service officer who served me, even didn’t check how many items he is giving me and how many items he is is charging me. Normally I didn’t checked, but this time as price was more I checked and asked you gave me two items but charging me 3. Service officer understood and he called for manager. Manager’s first question to me before checking anything at her end is have you gone outside? And it offended me extremely. If I was manager I first checked store end and it is possible to identify how many items are delivered ? The old lady supposed to be manager was extremely unprofessional , he didn’t check anything at her end and he was charging customer, he went out or not. It is service officer’s responsibility to check how many items he was billing and how many items he was delivering. Fortunately I was in front of the counter when I understood that I paid more. If I was go out probably manager refused to refund me, though it is possible to identify how many items he delivered me as it was medicine item and pro
