I recently had to arrange a funeral for a loved one, and I chose Guiding Light Funerals based on their reputation and recommendations from friends. I am truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed during such a difficult time. They took the time to understand our family’s needs and preferences, offering guidance without being pushy or overwhelming. They handled all the arrangements seamlessly, including the paperwork, coordinating with the cemetery, and organizing the service. This allowed our family to focus on grieving and supporting each other. The facilities were immaculate and provided a calm, comforting environment for the service. The Church was beautifully arranged, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, the flower arrangements. Additionally, Guiding Light Funerals offered a range of services that accommodated our budget without sacrificing quality. They were transparent about costs and provided a comprehensive breakdown of all charges upfront, which was greatly appreciated

I have been trying to get hold of these people urgently to get my fathers death certificate. I have called and left multiple messages as they never answer the phone and emails. It is stressful enough having my father pass away and now they can't even be bothered to call me back. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed with this company

The hardest part while grieving the loss of my mother was laying her to rest, but guiding light funeral took so much stress off my shoulders and I couldn’t thank them enough. They came into our home/mums home and treated us like family. I couldn’t be more thankful for them giving mum the most beautiful send us she deserved. I know mum would also be so thankful for them looking after me in this hard time.

Guiding Light Funerals was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind, gentle and caring during a very sad time in our lives. Guiding Light Funerals treated the whole family with the utter most dignity, care and compassion. Nothing was too big or too small. The whole experience was such a comfort knowing that our loved one was in such professional hands. A guiding light is exactly what every family needs in their time of sorrow.
