Yue Li, Lucy Li- most incompetent worker. The lack of professionalism in her work ethic and customer service is actually horrifying. Not only did she want to debate the names of my family members which is just outright ridiculous , she is incapable of explaining concepts coherently. Surely HCF can do better than this

Travelled to Chatswood for eye surgery and had accomodation and travel, presented my card at this office and they insisted I do not have travel and accomodation in my package. I am beyond belief with how useless they were at helping a member of their health fund. But happy to sign people up and butter them up to get them paying. Disgusted is an understatement.

All staff gone for lunch at the same time ! Only one man at his job.. Poor customer service, keep people standing at front desk while there are plenty of more welcoming and service facilities available !

I would like to give my appreciation to Lucy. I am new to Australia and getting a private insurance was quite a daunting process. I have been to three insurance companies dealing with for-profit only agents. But with Lucy, she cares for her clients. She explained to me the process of starting with the Medicare letter and patiently and thoroughly explained the different coverages. I had so many questions and she patiently answered everything in a clear manner. She is definitely an asset to the team.
