The experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as we walked in, we could hear two staff members arguing loudly with each other, which already created an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff member who attended to us afterward was very forceful in communication and displayed a rude, dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. It’s no surprise that the Google rating is only 2.9 — the service standards are clearly reflected in that score. This is definitely not a place I would ever return to for a second time.

During my first visit, I was met with an aggressive and dismissive attitude from Jasmine from the very beginning. When I attempted to explain my situation, she loudly interrupted me, stating, "You need to listen to me," and refused to give me an opportunity to speak. Furthermore, and most concerningly, she demonstrated a severe lack of discretion regarding my privacy. When I quietly inquired about the reimbursement process for a personal medical condition, she responded in an extremely loud voice that could be overheard by others, "I already told you, I don't know! You have to give me the item number!" Her confrontational tone and the public nature of her response were completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Hoping my first experience was an isolated incident, I returned on the second occasion mentioned above. Unfortunately, I received the same poor treatment from Jasmine, making it one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I made an effort to remain polite and said, "thank you." Jasmine completely ignored me and refused to acknowledge me. This behaviour is not only rude but also shows a complete lack of respe
