Pet insurance Australia are wonderful. Always quick to assess your claims, have never had a claim rejected and receive great rebates. Highly recommend them. I have an accident prone dog with a lot of health issues and it’s been the best money ever spent. Will continue to use them in the future. Thank you pet insurance for the peace of mind.

Pet Insurance Australia is great to deal with. I have been a long term client and I’ve never had an issue with a claim. They covered nearly the full cost of my dogs recent operation. I love that I only need to pay the gap once the excess has been cleared.

We’ve had both our pets, Hugo & Clover, insured with Pet Insurance Australia, and recently we truly saw the value of having the right cover in place. Hugo went through a major health scare that required multiple vet visits, scans, and radiation treatment. During what was already a very stressful time, PIA made the insurance side of things incredibly smooth and straightforward. I’ve had a very positive experience with Pet Insurance Australia for my cat, Ragalon Oliver. The claims process was smooth and easy, and the GapOnly service was especially convenient because it reduced the upfront payment stress at the vet clinic. Communication from the team has been caring and professional, and the claim was processed efficiently. More than $300 difference for the exact same cover for 2 dogs. My older dog is usually slightly higher cost as he’s a year older and has pre existing conditions. But now my younger dog with zero health conditions, zero behaviour conditions and younger is $300 more. Answers offered … multi pet discount which is 5% (that would be around $40 on the higher policy price and only $25 on the lower cost one) and prices change. It’s been a month prices change by 60% in 1 month? Come on you can’t be serious. Oh and maybe different breeds … Cavoodle and spoodle pretty much exact same breed. And the spoodle (who was 300 less is usually more expensive apparently now maybe 300 less because of his breed.) no explanations for the cost of the policy, no reasoning, makes absolutely zero sense. Found more comprehensive cover for half the price elsewhere. I am sure I will get more consistent customer service also. Customer service did try to improve my experience but I think this company is just a joke. —————————————————————————— Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Constantly repeating what I need. Promised calls and emails without any. Same questions asked again and again
