Had some pretty unfortunate luck at a local crit race, with another rider taking me out at 48km/h on my freshly built Canyon which was less than 4 weeks old. Bike was basically a complete write off, Sundays Insurance came through with the goods with a quick settlement within 2 weeks (would have been quicker if it wasn't for delays on my end). Would highly recommend. Thanks Nicholas, you were a jet.

Everything from setting up my original insurance over three years ago to swapping over my insurance to cover my new bike has been easy. I haven't had to make a claim yet (and I hope I never do), but the level of professionalism and the willingness to help makes me think that it will be just as simple as all my other dealings with the company. Today, Julie was extremely helpful, very clear in her explanations of what was required, and her manner was friendly and professional. If only all insurance was as easy to sort out. Thank you! :)

Stuart and his team was very helpful in processing my claim. They were very efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They were transparent and the online claim form was very simple, making it easy to submit a claim. From initial claim to settlement, the whole process took less than 2 weeks, which I thought was very impressive!
