Scammed us out of £240. Genuinely malicious people who know what they are doing. The state of the place was vile, so they agreed to a refund. Unfortunately for us, after 24 hours of travelling and desperation to find a bed, we believed them and headed to another hotel. They then went on to lie on phone calls, ignore emails and kept delaying promises until we were no longer in Sydney. Warning for future people unfortunate enough to deal with these people - record everything. I am actually shocked at their ability to consistently lie to someones face. All of the staff appear to be in on it. We found a similar priced hotel a 5 minute walk down the street which was far better in quality and service. This place is not worth any consideration at all.

I’ve booked with them last weekend (4 days payed in full ) when I arrived at the place the room was not cleaned at all, rubbish in the room and the linens dirty and hair everywhere . We couldn’t sleep in that room that night and had to sleep in my car . I’ve asked for a refund for that night we couldn’t sleep in the room and 1 day for free for the inconvenience, which Cody the manager agreed to! Once my stay was over they blocked my number and haven’t received any of the refund not even for my key as per now.

I recently stayed at this hostel near Kings Cross Station, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect for exploring Sydney, with easy access to transportation. The staff here are truly wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and ready to make your stay memorable. The amenities are great, too. There's a fun pool table in the common area, and a projector for movie nights, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I loved starting my mornings with the free breakfast, which had a nice variety. One of the highlights was the weekly Friday dinner cooked by the manager; it was a fantastic way to bond with other guests and enjoy a delicious meal. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a friendly, social place to stay in Sydney!
